We offer a variety of payment methods that are safe, secure and convenient for our customers .

Credit/ Debit Card Payments

This site accepts JCB, American Express , MasterCard, and VISA .

If you would like to use a credit card other than those listed above, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please make your purchase using a different credit card or other payment method.

Please note that LaceMade does not collect your credit/debit card number or any personal information when making a payment. If you have any questions regarding card payments or transactions on our site, please contact your card issuer.

Payment via PayPal

When paying with Paypal, you may be redirected to a Paypal payment page where you will be asked to enter your Paypal username and password, log in, and confirm your payment information.

Also, if you choose "Pay with Debit/Credit Card", after entering your credit card information, you will be redirected to a secure page to pay with PayPal. In this case, you can check out without registering a PayPal account.

Convenience store payment

You can pay for your items free of charge at the following convenience stores.

Once we have confirmed that your payment has been completed, we will proceed with shipping your item.

If payment is not received within 72 hours, your order will be automatically cancelled.

Cash on delivery

Available post offices: Japan Post, Sagawa Express

At the time of delivery, the sender's designated fee is collected from the recipient in exchange for the letter or package, and then transferred to the sender's designated account.

Please note that a handling fee may be charged when using cash on delivery.

Apple Pay, Google Pay, and ShopPay are accepted.
If you select any other payment method , you will be redirected to a secure page where you can log in with your username and password and confirm your payment.

Your payment to LaceMade is required upon completion of your order. If your order is cancelled, authorization will expire, usually within 5-7 business days, depending on the terms of the respective bank or financial institution.

Depending on product availability, your order may be shipped in multiple shipments or split into multiple orders. Please note that we may charge you multiple shipping fees because shipping fees are charged for each shipment. The additional shipping fees will be added to the total price of your order.

Please note that LaceMade will do address verification AVS and CVV verification upon purchase. If your purchase is rejected or denied, the funds in your account will be released within 3-5 business days.
