Return and Exchange Policy

Thank you for ordering from LaceMade. We hope that you like the products you ordered. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied, we will introduce the procedure for returning or exchanging the product.

LaceMade has a 14 day return policy. We accept returns within 14 days after receiving the product. (For example, an item may be returned 24 days in advance if the tracking information indicates it was delivered on the 10th).

Products that can be returned must be as good as new . It is essential that the product is in an unused condition and has a tag attached. Please ensure that the returned item is in its original packaging when it is shipped.

In addition, the customer is responsible for the shipping fee incurred when returning or exchanging the product. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we ask that you bring your package to the post office closest to your home or use the collection service to your home, and ship it yourself.

Once your return or exchange request has been confirmed, instructions on where to send the return package and how to send it will be sent to your email address. Please note that we will refuse to accept items returned without application.

order cancellation

All orders placed by customers are confirmed immediately and cannot be canceled.

However, it is possible to change the ordered product. If you would like to change your order, please contact our customer service center.

Note: The return and exchange address will be China.

Return/Refund Guidelines

1. Go to the return request site , select "Returns" and select one reason for the return.

2. Generally, return requests will be acknowledged within 24 hours. Please wait for a while until it is confirmed.

3. After confirming the return request, we will send an e-mail to the customer's e-mail address with return information and return method guidance. Please check it out.

4. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please send the tracking number of the package to JP@lacemde.com after shipping the returned item. If it is not sent, we will not be able to identify your package, and we may not be able to proceed with the refund procedure.

5. After receiving and checking the package from the customer, we will proceed with the refund procedure.

Exchange guidelines

Always check the availability of the desired product before requesting a replacement product.

1. Returning and repurchasing items is the fastest way to get the item you want. It is recommended that you purchase a new product separately after confirming the request for the return of the product rather than exchanging it.

2. If you do not wish to repurchase the product, please apply for a product exchange from this exchange request page . And after returning the item, please contact us at JP@lacemde.com .

Product Damage and Compensation

After the product arrives, please inspect it yourself. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will exchange the product or provide appropriate compensation.

In addition, we will bear the full amount of the shipping fee for returning or exchanging products due to quality problems or shipping mistakes by our company. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for shipping costs and taxes incurred during the return process.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on accessories, sale items or gift cards.

After we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to let you know if your refund request has been approved. If approved, we will automatically refund your original payment method. Please note that each bank or credit card company may take some time to process the refund. Normally, you will receive your refund within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item.

Shipping charges will not be refunded.

*For free shipping:

If you are returning one item (but not all): We will deduct $5 from the item refund amount at the time of your refund. (Even if there are two items, only one item will be charged)

For all item returns: We will deduct $10 from the item refund amount at the time of refund.
