Return and Exchange Policy

Thank you for ordering from LaceMade. We hope you are happy with your order. However, in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied, we would like to explain the return or exchange procedure.

LaceMade has a 14-day return policy, meaning you can return your item within 14 days of receiving it (for example, if the tracking information shows an item was delivered on the 10th, you can return it before the 24th).

Items that can be returned must be in new condition. They must be unused and have tags attached. Any other condition will be considered for return or exchange. Please make sure the item you are returning is in the original packaging.

Please note that shipping fees incurred when returning or exchanging products will be borne by the customer. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we ask that you send the item yourself by taking it to the nearest post office or using a collection service to your home.

Once your request for return or exchange has been confirmed, we will send you an email with instructions on where to send the return package. Please note that we will not accept any items returned without a request.

Cancelling an order

All orders are confirmed immediately and orders cannot be cancelled.

However, you can change the product you ordered. If you wish to change the product you ordered, please contact our Customer Service Center.

Note: The return and exchange address is in China.

Return and Refund Guidelines

1. Go to the return request website , select "Returns" and choose one of the reasons for your return.

2. Normally, your return claim will be verified within 24 hours, please be patient until it is verified.

3. Once your return request has been confirmed, we will send you an email with return address and return instructions. Please check it.

4. We apologize for the inconvenience, but after you ship the returned item, please send the tracking number of the package to JP@lacemde.com . If you do not send it, we will not be able to identify your package and we may not be able to process the subsequent refund.

5. We will receive and check your package and then process your refund.

Exchange Guidelines

Please always check the availability of the desired item before requesting an exchange.

1. To get the product you want faster, we recommend that you return the product and repurchase it, i.e., after your request for return of the product has been confirmed, you will purchase a new product separately.

2. If you do not wish to repurchase the item, please apply for an exchange on this exchange request page . After returning the item, please contact us at JP@lacemde.com .

Product Damage and Compensation

Please inspect the product yourself upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately. We will replace the product or provide appropriate compensation.

In addition, we will cover the shipping cost for the return or exchange of the product due to quality problems or our shipping mistake. In other cases, the shipping cost and taxes incurred during the return will be borne by the customer.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on accessories, sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund claim has been approved. If approved, we will automatically refund your payment via your original payment channel. Please note that each bank or credit card company may take some time to process a refund. Refunds are typically issued within 3-5 business days of receiving your returned item.
