Payment via PayPal

When paying with Paypal, you may be redirected to a Paypal payment page where you will be asked to enter your Paypal username and password, log in, and confirm your payment information.

Also, if you choose "Pay with Debit/Credit Card", after entering your credit card information, you will be redirected to a secure page to pay with PayPal. In this case, you can check out without registering a PayPal account.

You can pay for your items free of charge at the following convenience stores.

Once we have confirmed that your payment has been completed, we will proceed with shipping your item.

If payment is not received within 72 hours, your order will be automatically cancelled.

If you select any other payment method , you will be redirected to a secure page where you can log in with your username and password and confirm your payment.

Your payment to LaceMade is required upon completion of your order. If your order is cancelled, authorization will expire, usually within 5-7 business days, depending on the terms of the respective bank or financial institution.

Depending on product availability, your order may be shipped in multiple shipments or split into multiple orders. Please note that we may charge you multiple shipping fees because shipping fees are charged for each shipment. The additional shipping fees will be added to the total price of your order.

Please note that LaceMade will do address verification AVS and CVV verification upon purchase. If your purchase is rejected or denied, the funds in your account will be released within 3-5 business days.

Free shipping on purchases over 15,000 yen at our store.

If the total amount is less than 15,000 yen, shipping costs will be 800 yen per package.

6. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your item (for example, if tracking shows an item was delivered on the 10th, you can return it before the 18th).

Items that can be returned must be in new condition. They must be unused and have tags attached. Any other condition will be considered for return or exchange. Please make sure the item you are returning is in its original packaging.

Please note that shipping fees incurred when returning or exchanging products will be borne by the customer. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we ask that you send the item yourself by taking it to the nearest post office or using a collection service to your home.

Sales tax:

All prices of products sold on this site are displayed including consumption tax. There is no consumption tax on the displayed price.

postage:

If you return or exchange a product for reasons other than product quality issues or our shipping errors , you will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred.

Tariff:

All items shipped from our warehouse are not prepaid for shipping and customs duties, so you may be subject to customs duties and import taxes once the item arrives in your country. If customs duties or other charges apply, you will be responsible for these costs.

Please also note that if you refuse to accept the product due to customs duties or other charges and return it, you will be responsible for all costs incurred, including return shipping, customs fees, and handling fees.

Please note that due to customs regulations, LaceMade cannot declare purchased items as gifts or list a value lower than the actual product price.
