7. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns within 7 days after receiving the product. (For example, if the tracking information shows that an item was delivered on the 10th, it can be returned 18 days in advance).

Products that can be returned must be as good as new . It is essential that the product is in an unused condition and has a tag attached. Please ensure that the returned item is in its original packaging when it is shipped.
